About me
Hello! I'm Lorenzo, and I'm passionate about theoretical computer science and quantum computation.
I'm currently a PhD student at Università della Svizzera Italiana, under supervision of Prof. Stefan Wolf.
Previously I've done my Master's thesis in Ivano Tavernelli's group, at IBM Research Zurich. I've received my MSc in Theoretical Computer Science at ETH Zurich, and my BSc in Computer Science and Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
My research concerns quantum algorithms design, quantum information and complexity theory. I'm also very interested in randomized algorithms and probabilistic methods, especially when applied to combinatorics.
